CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | GREEN LEADER Principal Managing Partner. Chemical Civil Engineer from Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso, with more than twenty years of professional experience managing engineering and services companies for copper and lithium mining. Currently, leading B2B projects with innovative solutions for mining based on the principle of asset traceability, energy efficiency, recycling, and resource recovery, as well as the management of hazardous industrial waste, initiatives based on ESG criteria and sustainability.
Aníbal Chamorro
CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER | GREEN LEADER Lawyer from Adolfo Ibáñez University, with over eighteen years of professional experience in the direction of planning and execution teams in the permitting, community relations, sustainability, communications, and public affairs area, in natural resources companies for Mining and Energy. Previously, he served as North Public Affairs Manager at Antofagasta Minerals (AMSA) for Antucoya, Centinela, Zaldívar companies. He joined Green Leader in July 2022.
Rodrigo Villagra
PROJECTS AND CONTRACTS MANAGER Industrial Engineer from the Metropolitan Technological University of Santiago, MBA and Diploma in Integrated Management Systems at the University of Development. He joined Green Leader in 2018. Currently responsible for the preparation and evaluation of large investment projects and contract management control. Previously, he worked for other mining-related companies in Chile.
Orietta Ramírez
PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER Master in Political Communication and Public Affairs from Adolfo Ibáñez University. Master in Public Policies with a Mention in Market Regulation from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile. Journalist with over 20 years of professional experience in communications, communities, and public affairs. She joined Green Leader in 2021. Previously, an external advisor to Green Leader since its inception in 2015.
Damaris Serey
ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Chemical Civil Engineer from Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso. With more than 10 years of professional experience in administration, management, and human resources for mining service companies in the Northern Zone of Chile. Previously worked as an independent consultant in human capital management for mining, as well as teaching at the university. She joined Green Leader in 2015 from its inception.
Rodrigo Rosende
OPERATIONS SUBMANAGER Licensed in Military Sciences. With over 20 years of experience in operations, logistics, and human resources. He joined Green Leader in 2021 as a contract administrator. Currently, as Operations Submanager, he is responsible for the planning, analysis, and control of the company's operations with mining companies in the Northern Zone of Chile. Previously, he was an officer in the Chilean Army.
